Question by : How can I loose some weight fast in 10 days?
I am going on a cruise in about 10 days and will be out in bathing suits alot, and want to shed some weight. What is the fastest easiest way, because I loose weight fast, I just dont know what works better.

I’m 13, 5’3, 130lbs, 34b, really curvy.

you may be slightly overweight but maybe only by a few pound (like 5). I would just say enjoy the cruise and dont worry about what others think. everyone is insecure at your age.

girls of age 13 should be between 110-130 pounds but height plays a big role i myself am 5,5 and 17 years old i weight 150.and am overweight by 7 pounds
you should be 10 pounds less
if you want to lose weight fast drink lots of water dont eat greasy foods and eat lots of fruits and oats for a week excersise for an hour a day i did this and lost 12 pounds

healthy – and still growing –
cut out all soda/pop – white bread – white rice
DO drink your water – at least a half gallon a day
2 glasses upon rising from sleep – gets the internal organs ready for the day
1 glass 30 minutes before meals (aids digestion)
and stay hydrated during the day – keeps the brain working
5 fruits and veggies a day – eat your fruit AWAY from the main meal
like a snack –
eat GOOD food – not junk food – your bod is like a computer
junque in – junque out – - – and your cells are still building
use the VERY BEST components to build that puppy!
100 calories of sugar is NOT the same as a 100 calorie apple
you still have a growth spurt, I imagine, by 16
and after 21-25 – we are pretty much who we “are”
and replace EVERY cell in your bod every 7 years –
SO
don’t let up – keep doing the right stuff
