I’d say that this doesn’t help you lose belly fat. it helps you lose fat all over. this is a great video, but it’s not just for belly fat; it’s generally helpful.

There is no such thing as a fat burning food…I can’t believe you don’t even mention the need to be in a calorie deficit. It’s that freakin’ basic…why do so many fitness “experts” overlook this?

How to lose belly fat? Come on, there is NO such thing as “spot fat removal” :/ You have to drop your body fat as a whole, you cant just lose the fat from your stomach

I do see results. I’ve gone from 33% down to about 21% bodyfat in 4 months (25 lbs scale weight). Dropped from a tight size 16 down to a loose size 12. My waist measurement has never been below 30″ as an adult, and now it’s 29.5″. Still a ways to go, but getting there. The cauliflower brownies are cooling. No refined sugar, no grains, no starches, no artificial stuff. Tastes yummy (the batter).

There’s many ways to make cauliflower. I replaced my rice with cauliflower. Also, tomorrow I’m making Cauliflower Brownies for my kid’s class. I’m so excited to make those . . . and some avocado cupcakes . . .
