Question by : How can I loose weight quickly?
I’ve tried chewing and spitting, and the five bite diet and EVERYTHING but I really just want to loose weight quickly no matter how unhealthy it is
and please don’t tell me its bad and what not…
I need to loose about 15 pounds as soon as possible.
What weird diets have worked for you? Or pills?

ok so i lost about 3 pounds a week following this:
breakfast: oatmeal, or yogurt, or 1 piece of toast w/ peanutbutter
lunch: crackers, string cheese, gornolla bar, tangerine
dinner: salad w/ steak black beans. yellow corn and creamy cillantro dressing.
OR chicken and some kind of veggies
OR meatloaf w/ small red potato and small salad.
and every night with dinner drink non fat milk

Ok all women gain weight while pregnant, so now what? I want to loose my extra weight. But how? Is there any easy diet and exercise program out there for me? I have never had to really exercise or watch my weight before. I hate it, I hate my body. I want to loose weight and feel great about myself again. But I just don’t know where to begain. Any ladies out there with this same problem? Have you done this and looked great? What’s your secrets? Please help.

My cousin is 5′ 3″ and weighs about 160lbs. She wants to lose weight quickly, so she asked me but I don’t know what to say. What kind of exercises can she do and what should she eat? Please don’t offend her if you’re gonna answer this.

She needs to make a lifestyle change and do gradually weight loss. If she does an extreme diet, the weight will come back when she stops.
An easy way to lose weight and tone the entire body is running. When you start out, stick with walking at a brisk pace (not strolling). You can get a pedometer and do the 10,000 steps a day which equals to about 5 miles. When you start though, don’t do 10,000 steps. Start with like 5,000 then increase the count by 500-1000 steps each week. After she gets used to it then she can start jogging then running.
Food, wise start eliminating things that you really don’t need to eat. Examples are chips, soda, juice and candy. I’m not suggesting banning these things for life just not having these foods all the time.
