-VERY difficult to do for the average person. Near impossible. Only pick Insanity up if you are already in shape.
-Workouts are built around using your body as resistance, no weights required.

Have the dress altered. You aren’t going to lose but a pound or two.
Edut. Happy, the bridesmaids themselves are usually at fault for that. They order a dress in a size way too small hoping they be a size six by the time of the weeding. Then, when they still are a size ir two too big when the dress comes in a week or tiw before the wedding, tgey want to know how ti lose 20 lbs or so FAST. What they need to do is get realustic, order the dress in the size they are at the time if the fitting, and have a seamstress take it in if they lost any weight when the dress comes in.

I’m considering having a breast reduction since losing a considerable amount of weight.
I’ve lost close to 50 pounds but my breasts have barely changed. I’ve gone down 3 bra sizes around my body, but not a significant enough lost to go down a full cup. I’m currently wearing a G to GG cup.
Not only is the weight of them bothering me, but also how cruel gravity has been.
When I told my mother I was considering surgery, but now she isn’t. She keeps telling me to wait until after I have children.
I’m only 21 & I don’t plan on having children for at least another 5 years. I am married & my husband would also like to wait as we’d like to be more financially settled before having kids.
Even though I’ve lost so much weight, I almost feel as self conscious as I did before because now they look like freak boobs that throw my body out of proportion.
My mother said she doesn’t want me paying thousands for an operation because when I’m pregnant they’ll just get bigger again anyway, saying she went from a C cup to an E after pregnancy.
But then it makes me wonder if I’m currently wearing a G to GG, will mine then get bigger again? Then I’d be having to deal with even bigger boobs than before!
Just about every website I look at that talk about pregnancy after a reduction talk about breastfeeding… quite honestly, I don’t care about breastfeeding. I have put up with pain & discomfort from my chest for years & if I can’t feed, it wouldn’t bother me.
I’d like to know about your actual breast SIZE after pregnancy.

Most women do go up a cup size or two.
I’m small chested, & went from A to C. Now 2 months pp am down to a B.
Honestly, if I were you I would go for it. If you are very worried about to much of an increase you could go smaller then you originally planned.
Btw, it is completely possible to breastfeed after having a breast reduction =]
